The opportunity to speak with members of the ASACP Professional Council is a valuable benefit to ASACP members. ASACP's retained legal and safety council members and members of the ASACP Professional Council attend monthly membership meetings to keep members up-to-date and answer member questions on matters such as legal, safety, OSHA changes, insurance, bonding, employee benefit programs, financial and investment matters. This service is provided free of charge during the membership meetings to ASACP members.

At any time, members can contact these Professional Council firms for one-on-one advice and guidance. Our Chapter Council deals with construction disputes, contract negotiations, payment issues and any other legal questions and concerns our members have. Our Chapter Safety Consultant is available for members to provide on-site safety inspections, on-site assistance with the creation of an employer's safety program, assistance during OSHA inspections and hearings, and other safety consultations and training. Our accountants, bankers, financial and insurance professionals provide members with timely advice and guidance to make their businesses run more smoothly and profitably. These services are provides as a benefit to our ASACP members at drastically reduced fees and some services are provided free of charge.

As these services are provided solely for our ASACP members, it is another reason why membership in ASACP is vital to the survival of the subcontractors, specialty trade contractors and suppliers of goods and services.
