The American
Subcontractors Association of Central Pennsylvania (ASACP), an association of
professional contractors, is a not-for-profit trade association providing
services to the construction industry since 1969. ASACP represents all
construction subcontractors, specialty trade contractors and suppliers of goods
and services to the construction industry.

MISSION:
To improve the profitability of construction subcontractors and suppliers by
offering educational programs, governmental advocacy, and member benefit
programs and networking opportunities.

RECOGNITION:
ASA of Central Pennsylvania was recognized by ASA National as Chapter of the Year in September 2008.
Since the inception of the awards program in 1998, ASA of Central Pennsylvania has been recognized for
eight years as an Exemplary Chapter and two years as a Merit Chapter for providing top-of-the-line benefits and services to its members.
This is the first year we have been selected as Chapter of the Year.
We are proud and honored to be recognized for the services we continually provide to our members.

One of two chapters in
Pennsylvania affiliated with the American Subcontractors Association, Inc. in
Alexandria, Virginia (www.asaonline.com),
ASACP represents and services all members of the subcontracting industry, be it
union, open shop, women and minority-owned business members from the small,
family-owned business to large corporations in 31 counties throughout Central
Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley regions. Through its affiliation with the
National association and its network of 55 local and state chapters throughout
the United States, ASA represents the single voice of all specialty contractors
and suppliers in the construction industry. ASACP members are part of more than
6,500 member firms nationally who stand recognized as part of the leading
construction association serving the specialty contractor. ASA, its local and
state chapters throughout the United States, is the only construction trade
association whose sole purpose is the advancement of subcontractors, specialty
trade contractors and suppliers of goods and services.
